La cérémonie s’est déroulée symboliquement à Lagrand, siège de la communauté de communes des Baronnies où les sept présidents se sont retrouvés dans une ambiance très amicale. C’est Jean-Louis Rey, président de la communauté de communes qui, en quelques mots chaleureux, a souhaité bonne chance à la nouvelle intercommunalité « Elle fera du bon travail dans cette période délicate », a-t-il précisé.
Chaque président s’est exprimé et les mots les plus souvent prononcés ont été : « solidarité », « projet de territoire sur 20 ans » et « compétences partagées ».
