En marge de la journée internationale de la femme et juste avant d’honorer plusieurs femmes méritantes, le Maire de Sisteron Daniel Spagnou a présenté à la communauté madame Hawar Asadi, épouse Kakeh et leur petit garçon Martiy, âgé de 6 ans. Cette famille est arrivée à Sisteron au début du mois de mars. Madame Kakeh est Kurde iranienne, elle fait partie des migrants qui ont vécu dans la jungle de Calais. Avec sa famille, elle a dû fuir le régime iranien qui les menaçait de mort.

  11. It's not that I'm against homeschooling but in my circumstances, it wouldn't be in my 6-year-old daughter's best interest. We have great public schools here and with her being an only child, she would have very limited contact with other children if she was home schooled. She needs to learn the social skills that being around other children teaches her. At home, she rules the house so it's good for her to learn it's not like that outside the home :)Happy Friday!

That being said, I also suspect that most people don’t realize just how much they really need to live a comfortable old age.   109. Great article. My husband pointed out an article to me this week in our paper too saying there is no benefit to eating organic. I don’t read the paper or watch the news. It just frustrates me. Anytime something good is going on… movement towards organic and true health (no processed junk foods) you can bet the paper or news will report something against is. So sad.

There is an anti-intellectual strain in the black community, where the 'nerd' section is derided as acting white.
