Samedi en huit, le 28 mai, le maire de Sisteron Daniel Spagnou accueillait dans les salons de l’hôtel de ville le chef Jany Gleize pour une séance dédicaces de son livre intitulé « La Bonne Etape ». Le maître étoilé du restaurant réputé de Château-Arnoux a réuni dans un très bel ouvrage, agrémenté de photographies et de dessins, une cinquantaine de recettes faciles, belles et bonnes aux forts accents de la Provence. Dans ce somptueux recueil qui hume la bonne pitance, Jany Gleize partage avec le lecteur son amour des produits du terroir qu’il façonne avec passion et délicatesse, comme l’ont fait avant lui ses aïeux depuis quatre générations et la relève semble assurée grâce à sa fille, Jane présente lors de cette séance de dédicaces.
