Créé en 1989 à l’initiative de la mairie de Sisteron et sous le patronage de Ginette Perge, première Présidente de l’association, le comité de jumelage Franco-Italien, entre les villes de Sisteron et de Fidenza, souhaite renouer avec la tradition des échanges scolaires et de correspondances.
Ainsi depuis juin 2015, la destinée du comité a été confiée à René Biancarelli-Latil, son objectif est de permettre aux deux villes de se réunir et de partager des moments conviviaux.

It is the UN Agenda 21 that is controlling what the UK government does, and also all the other UN member countries governments. It is all part of world population reduction. All western governments, bankers and large corporations like Monsanto are guilty of crimes against humanity. So I will be surprised if any help will be forthcoming from them.
